What we collect

Through our contact form: your name and email address, your message, and, if you choose to give them, your business name, business type, website or social media handle, and whether you'd like occasional marketing emails.

If we talk with you afterwards, we keep notes about our conversations and where your enquiry stands, for example that a consultation is booked.

To protect the form from spam, the spam check processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Our hosting provider also processes standard request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website.

We don't use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

Why we use it

To send you an automatic confirmation when you contact us, to follow up about our services, and to keep a record of our conversations with you. If you opt in to marketing emails, we may also send occasional tips and updates, and you can opt out at any time. We also use technical information to keep the website and form secure.

We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Who helps us

These service providers handle information for us, only to provide their service:

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Supabase stores enquiries and our follow-up notes in our database.
• Resend delivers the automatic confirmation email and our internal notifications.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from people, using signals such as IP address and browser details, as described in Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum (cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy).
• Our business email provider handles messages when we write to you directly.

Information is stored and processed in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry and our notes for as long as we need them to respond, follow up and, if you become a client, work with you. If you ask us to delete your information, we delete your enquiry and our notes about it. We keep only a record that a deletion took place, without your details. Our email delivery provider keeps delivery records for a limited period under its own policy.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can stop marketing emails at any time. Email us and we'll respond as soon as we can.

Cookies

We don't set cookies when you browse this website. Signing in to the owner or client area uses essential cookies to keep you signed in. The spam check on our contact form is provided by Cloudflare, which may use technologies that are strictly necessary to tell people from bots.

Children

This website is for businesses. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13 through it.
