Do you work with businesses like mine?
We work with businesses across industries, from restaurants and retail to real estate, salons, service businesses and the arts. In the consultation we'll tell you honestly whether we're a good fit.
Do you post anything without asking?
No. Every post is sent to you for approval first. You can approve it, ask for changes or turn it down.
What do you need from us?
Photos and video of your products, space, team or work; your key dates, such as launches, promotions and events; and access to the social accounts we'll be posting to. We'll walk you through all of it during onboarding.
Who creates the content?
We plan and create your content, using professional writing and design tools, including AI-assisted drafting. Every post is reviewed before it's sent to you, and you always have the final say.
Is there a contract?
Terms, including length and notice, are confirmed in your proposal before you sign anything.
What isn't included?
Paid ad management and on-site photo or video shoots aren't part of our packages yet, and branded campaigns are quoted separately. We work with the media you already have or capture.
