The process

Consultation
We learn about your business, your customers and your goals, and recommend a starting package.

Onboarding
You share your brand, your calendar, the facts you want us to use and access to your accounts. We confirm everything back to you in writing.
- 03
Monthly plan
Before each month starts, we map the posts around your key dates and send you the plan.
- 04
Creation
We write captions and design posts using your photos and video, and review each one before it reaches you.
- 05
Your approval
You review each post. Approve it, request a change or reject it. Only approved posts move forward.
- 06
Scheduling
Approved posts are scheduled to your channels for the dates in your plan.
- 07
Monthly report
A short report on what went out and how it performed, with what we'll adjust next month.
